So I'm back in Nottingham now, and it's about a million times better than last year. Instead of crappy, falling apart, noisy halls, I live in a lovely clean quiet flat. The only thing I miss about Pevs is Adam and Gina. Never thought I'd miss those two-hour one-sided conversations about cricket, but there you go. (love you adam)
Honestly I'm much happier than I thought I'd be. I figured I'd be super homesick, but so far I'm okay. I miss my family but after the summer it's nice to be away from them. Most of my friends at home seemed to lose interest in seeing me (not looking at anyone in particular, oliver) so I can't say I miss them too much. I'm sure I'll see Matt soon and we'll go party. Maybe try and get Aids as well. (hahahaha) I miss Jess but I only saw her a few times this summer too. Wish I'd got to see Yallop before I left though :(
So really the only bit of Norwich I really, really miss is Matthew.
:(
I can't wait to see him on Friday. It's my grandparents' golden wedding so I have to go home for it, but not complaining - two big posh meals, a boat trip, and three nights at home with my boyfriend? Sounds like a plan to me.
It's just a bit weird being without him, after having spent pretty much the whole summer with him living in my room!
We'll cope, I know we will, it'll just take some adapting.
I went to City last night for the first time in months and it was such a fun night, I don't think I've had so much fun since the first time I went. I don't even know what made it so much better than other times. I was in a bloody good mood for some reason and only got sad when I got a little freaked out by a friend of a friend of a friend whose name I don't even know and went to sit in the basement to hide hahaha.
But yeah, fun times!
Uni starts again on tuesday and I get another year of Vicky. JOY. Looking forward to Psych with Ben though, that'll be fun as usual hehe :D
so yeah, overall (minus the matthew bit) I'm glad to be back here. Should hopefully be a fun year. :)

Haha holy crap
This was meant to be a semi-regular thing and now I've gone pretty much two weeks without a post. I guess it just shows how dull my life is right now.
Work: I did five hours this month. Five. Wonderful.
Uni: Going to Notts on Monday to sign my contract at bloody last. Still need to find £200 odd for my deposit, that'll come out of the old overdraft for sure. Looking forward to the move-in, it'll be nice to live in a tidy uncluttered place for once in my life.
Matthew: Lovely as always. We're coming up to seven months now; best seven months ever, srsly. Not seeing him til Weds though due to him going home and my aforementioned Nottingham trip. Booooo.
Today: Went to the shop with my dad and bought Waterloo Road series 2 for £6. Bargain. Nothing on the telly and don't feel like watching another episode so may well bring out CSI or Peep Show, which incidentally is starting up again in one week's time. Yeah this time in six days I will be halfway through a new episode of my favourite Brit comedy. :D
Speaking of Brit comedies Matt introduced me to the IT Crowd which I found hilarious, we watched two series in two days and now I need to find a S3 DVD somewhere.
I have been playing the shit out of Final Fantasy VII again; my first videogame love. Three days and I'm at the start of disc 2 and 17 hours in. Wahey. Can't stop playing but at this rate I'll have it beaten by Thursday. Might have to bust out VIII after all.
If anyone wants to hang out any time soon let me know, I'm totally bored and need stuff to do. Entertain me!
