Short and sweet, up and down, salt and vinegar, back and forth, please and thankyou.

Man, I was so excited to log on and see I had a follower. Seriously. Hey Sarah!

So today has been average. I slept a lot, hung out with my brothers a bit, read the Daily Mail (worthless piece of crap), watched a lot of rubbish TV. X-Factor was a highlight. It's worse than ever. With the time they spend showing crowd shots they could've fit another ten auditions in there.

I'm watching CSI currently - only one episode on tonight, how lame. It is Las Vegas which is my favourite, so bonus. Everyone who's spoken to me lately knows by now that I'm on a huge CSI kick, so sorry if I bore you with it. I have no one to discuss it with; Matthew only watches it reluctantly when he's here and I insist.

Speaking of the boy, he's currently in London watching NFG, so I don't get to see him til tomorrow; I hope he's having a good time, but I'm certain he is. What is it, his ninth time seeing that band? And you think I'm obsessive about Reuben. Hehe. I miss Matt a lot though it's nice to have a bit of alone time and also I like being able to spread out and hog the duvet. Lovely.

I went to buy phone credit today and popped into the charity shop; came out with a pristine (!) copy of the Fellowship of the Ring, lovely, and a half-read (you can tell by how much the spine has broken, this one's broken up to around halfway through) copy of the Da Vinci Code - awful book, relying on cliffhangers to keep the audience interested, but after reading Angels and Demons lately I've wanted to re-read the sequel to see if it could possibly be worse. The guy behind the counter was loving it though, we had a nice chat - it's lovely when shop workers aren't zombies.

Now my new contract phone is on order - I'm a little nervous but it's purple and quite lovely :) so hopefully that'll all work out and I won't break it three months in or anything silly like that.

Back to Grissom and Nick. Tata.
